Description

Superintendent of Fulton County Schools, Jere A. Wells, requested personnel granted military leave during World War II to correspond with his office during their deployment.

William Bryce was a teacher at North Fulton High School when he entered service in 1940. He was also the district's Assistant Professor of Military Science and Tactics. After returning from military service, Bryce served as coach of both boys' and girls' basketball teams and eventually became the school's principal.
